Heritage Grass-Fed British Beef
We source our grass-fed beef from local South Coast farms where the cattle are raised slowly and naturally, free to roam the great outdoors, living on grass and forage-based diet all year round.

Grass-Fed Lamb & Mutton
Our lamb flocks roam free over almost 500 acres of natural heather fells on the South West coast. They provide us with a year-round continuous supply of local lamb that has a fabulous taste.

Free-Range Rare Breed Pork
Our pig farmer works hard to ensure their pigs are happy and healthy. By rearing their own replacement slow grown hogs and milling their own nutritious feed, the farmer has total control.

Our free-range chicken birds are slow-grown and live for twice as long as supermarket varieties. The chickens are exceptionally active which helps to produce healthy and naturally lean meat.
