Our small team have travelled the length and breadth of the beautiful North West Lancashire and Cumbria countryside to source and supply delivery of high-quality prime meat from producers who are working towards a truly sustainable system. We believe that everyone should have access to eat meat that has been ethically reared.
Our meat will always taste the way that it should and we do our absolute best to offer it at the best possible price we can. We choose the best meat from English Heritage and Native breeds, reared on independent farms and smallholdings, free from growth hormones, antibiotics, or cruelty. Meat is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days, often more for deep flavour, use only natural ingredients in our sausages and burgers, and combine all of this with contemporary knowledge of taste and cooking.
