You don't have to have an account set up to shop at Crafted Meats. During checkout choose to checkout as a guest or create a new account. The advantages of setting up an account though, means it will be quicker next time you shop with us and you can earn loyalty points each time you shop!

In your account section you can:

- View your order history, a detailed list of items in each order you have placed with us.

- Print and reprint receipts from past orders.

- Your address and billing information is encrypted and stored in your account so you don't need to add it again each time you shop.

- View your points balance. Points are awarded when your order is marked as complete. Spend points on any order or keep collecting them! Points do not expire.

To create an account, click on 'Your Account' button on the top right of every page on the website. You can then either log in or register. Whenever you come back to our site, login as a Returning Customer. You can change account information at any time by logging into your account.

We offer three ways for you to pay for your order. You can choose to pay online through our website via Paypal, using any credit or debit card, or pay cash upon delivery of your order (cash on delivery is only available to our local hand delivery service customers with a PR & FY postcode). We ask for a minimum spend of £30.00 to place an order for delivery.

After you place an order we'll send you a confirmation email and another when your order is out for delivery. We'll keep you informed at every stage and if there is any problem with the items you've ordered (such as being unavailable) we will contact you to offer an alternative substitute.

We do not support factory farming. Factory-farmed supermarkets and imported meat don't have the same nutritional benefits, distinctive qualities and taste as our meat does. We're proud to offer meat of the highest quality that has been reared and produced to a very high standard.

Crafted Meats are proud to source meat from local West Country, and Dorset producers, close to us here in South West England. Hard-working independent farmers, who know and respect their animals and every inch of their farmland.

By trading this way we cut out middlemen and pay a better price for the quality. A price that is fairer on the farmer and those savings passed onto our customers.

We’re proud to be independent, as it means we don’t have to sell you the same old cuts of meat, sliced by a machine and wrapped in little plastic trays. Our meat is matured for at least 3 weeks (sometimes more), for a fantastic depth of flavour and tenderness.

You'll be doing your bit for the environment too because buying British meat means you're helping us to help our farmers. In turn, helping them to keep our countryside beautiful. It also means your meat will have fewer food miles and choose meat that has been reared on a farm with high welfare standards.

Yes, we are proud to offer our customers beef that has been reared in an extensive, natural environment being fed grass, homegrown hay or silage.

Our producers age prime cuts of beef (Rib, Loin, Fillet and Rump) for a minimum of 21 days, sometimes 28. This drying process sets the meat apart from standard meat cuts offered by other competitors and butchers.

Buy through Crafted Meats and taste the difference.

We do not sell any products that have been ritually slaughtered. All, the abattoir suppliers we work with use the stun method.

We like to think we provide really great tasting meat at a good price that is fair to both the farmer and the customer. But we appreciate this model isn't for everyone, and some people have specific requirements.

We only offer grade ‘A’ Chicken from local suppliers in Preston, South West England and the North West. All our chicken is sourced from English farms.

Our chicken is from farms who understand and feel as passionately as we do about standards of animal welfare. A lot of supermarkets and imported chicken contains water which is added to the chicken to add bulk and weight. We're proud to offer chicken that contains no added water, salt or sugar - more meat for your pound.

All our meat including chicken and poultry is free-range.

Our food-safe packaging means the meat will stay nice and fresh until it reaches your doorstep. The packaging we use is designed to keep the meat chilled below 4℃ for up to 36 hours.

We do not sell or deliver frozen meat. All orders are prepared and packed fresh daily.

All products sold for courier delivery will be packaged in a temperature-controlled box and shipped via an overnight delivery service. The pouches and liners we use are made from all-natural, 100% sheep's wool or reflected foil, housed inside a recyclable, food-grade cardboard box.

Our responsibly sourced wool is 100% biodegradable.

We’re mindful of the sustainability of packaging used and sent out to customers. We aim to use packaging that contains recycled materials where possible to reduce our impact on the environment. Please refer to the labels included with your order for information about how best to recycle the packaging.
