Pre-heat oven to 180°C (conventional). Place Kyiv onto greaseproof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray or brush with a small amount of olive oil. Once the oven is heated place Kyiv in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Tip: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
