Our Beef Sirloin is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days to relax the meat to tenderness and concentrate the luscious beef flavour.
All our beef carries some wonderful creamy fat and a high level of marbling, with a lasting, red wine-like flavour.

100% grass-fed beef
Serve with a glass of good red wine, goose fat roast potatoes and make a proper gravy but pan juices. Sirloin is just as tender as fillet but less expensive and has more depth of flavour. The meat is lightly marbled and we leave a thin strip of fat on top to prevent the meat from drying out during roasting.
With slightly less fat content than rib-eye, our sirloin is the perfect joint for roasting and serving rare to medium-rare. Carefully rolled and tied by our Craft Butcher to help the joint maintain its shape, making it easier to carve and producing some wonderful round slices of delicious roast beef.
