Our beef short ribs are the ultimate caveman cut, delightfully tender, and melty when slow-cooked and left on the bone for maximum flavour.
Slow roasting or hot smoking really brings out the best in these amazingly tasty Short Ribs. Packed full of meaty tenderness, they are best cooked until the meat falls off the bone by either braising or slow-cooking in the oven, on the BBQ or smoker.

Cut into thick strips
We recommend slow-roasting our Beef Short Ribs in the oven or BBQ smoker. Simply season with salt and pepper (you could even use beer as a marinade), then rub in your favourite olive oil or marinade before covering tightly with foil and cooking for 7-8 hours at 100°C. Trust us, you can’t go wrong with cooking long and slow.
