Description
Our Wing Rib Steak is cut but first three rib bone section of Sirloin. The chine bone is removed, excess fat is trimmed and then the ribs are french trimmed. The minimum 45-day ageing process makes the flavour more concentrated, whilst at the same time, the meat tenderises for a steak that simply melts in the mouth.
Nutritional Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months.
Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
