Fillet Tails are referred to as ‘tails’ because they are the tail-end pieces but beef fillet where the cut goes thinner.
This cut is just as tender as fillet steak but less expensive. Thanks to the flavour from a grass-fed diet, this cut is melt in the mouth tender beef.
Nutritional Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months.
Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
