Hand cut from our finest grass-fed dry-aged beef our T-bone cut consists of two lean, tender steaks – the strip and tenderloin – connected by a T-shaped bone.
A classic cut and a firm favourite with those who know and love their steaks. Matured for at least 42 days to let the flavour develop, our expertly trimmed T-bones offer the traditional two great cuts in one: a tasty sirloin and a tender piece of filet, with a lovely marbling of fat running throughout.

Expertly dry-aged for a beautiful flavour
The T-bone allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds, with the meltingly tender fillet on one side and the succulent, flavoursome sirloin on the other.
Typically, you cook a T-bone steak for around seven minutes, three on one side, four on the other. Adjust depending on how you like yours done. Season well before cooking then wrap in foil for five minutes before serving.
