Signature Beef Fillet Wellington

600g - 800g - 900g - 1.1kg

Our Beef Wellington makes a perfect celebration or date-night-in dish. It’s classic, fancy, and indulging, a perfect main course for any special or celebratory meal.

We’ve taken prime grass-fed Hereford beef fillet then coated the meat in a generous duxelle of gently sauteed chestnut mushrooms. The beef is encased with just the right amount of seasoning, then gently wrapped in buttery puff pastry layers and finally egg wash for a golden flakey crust.

Enjoy mouth-watering restaurant quality with our Signature oven-ready range. An easy hassle-free way to cook at home – tastes as good as it looks!
