Our Braising steak is incredibly tender. Cut but chuck it is ideal in steak and ale pie, or any recipes that involve browning and a fairly short period of braising.
Lean and tender it is fantastic diced in rich red wine casseroles, hot beef curries or chunky chilli con carne. Braise gently for delicious flavours and heavenly aromas. Don’t forget some hot, crusty buttery bread to mop up the gravy!
