Beef Daube comes from the area between the shoulders and underneath the blade and chuck ensuring a delicious tender cut.
It makes the perfect beef casserole and stew or with a salad and sautéed potatoes cooked in goose fat.

Beef Daube is best braised long and slow in good quality stock to bring out the rich, beefy flavour and melt in the mouth texture. A fantastic cut of our grass-fed beef and sure-fire wintery favourite among stew-lovers.
Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months.
Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
