Potts’ Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce is the essential curry sauce with a bit more oomph from Roasted Cumin and Smoked Chilli.
Make it traditional by coating 400g of diced chicken with a teaspoon of paprika, the juice of a lemon and a pinch of salt. Grill the chicken until thoroughly cooked. Add the chicken and sauce to a pan and cook until simmering. Serve with Basmati or Pilau rice.
