Ragù Alla Calabrese Cooking Sauce Can
A delicious Pasta Sauce with Roasted Peppers, Fennel and Chilli. Potts’ Ragù Alla Calabrese is a spicy Southern Italian take on Bolognese with Roasted Peppers and Fennel.
Make it traditional by frying 400-500g beef or pork mince in a little olive oil until almost cooked and then adding the Ragù and bringing it to a simmer. Cook until it is piping hot and the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Served stirred through cooked Penne, Conchiglie or other shaped pasta.
