Enchilada Cooking Sauce in a Can
The Enchilada Cooking Sauce is a delicious Mexican Mole Sauce with Chipotle Chillies, Oranges and Oregano. Traditional Mexican Mole (Moe-Lay) is a spicy sauce served over meat (traditionally chicken or turkey) much like a gravy.
Make it traditional by pan-frying 400g diced turkey, chicken or pork until browned on the outside and cooked thoroughly. Add 330g of Potts Enchilada and Mole Sauce and continue to cook until piping hot.
Alternatively, heat the sauce in a saucepan and pour over roasted turkey, pork or chicken. Serve with rice and salad.
