Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce in a Can
An authentic Chinese Sauce with Rice vinegar and Szechuan Pepper. Potts’ Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce is a classic Chinese Sauce with a little Szechuan pepper for a bit more of a kick.
Make it traditional by frying 400g of diced chicken breast with a little vegetable or sesame oil over medium heat until cooked through. Add the sweet and sour sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Serve with egg-fried rice or noodles.
