Piri Piri Marinade with Roasted Garlic & Lemon
Inspired by the traditional Portuguese African sauce Potts have blended plenty of chilli with lemon juice and zest along with tasty roasted garlic.
This marinade is traditionally used for chicken, barbecued and served with rice, beans and an ice-cold beer but is also perfect for pork or fish shredded and wrapped with a crisp salad in seeded flat bread.
