Inspired by the barbecue pit cooking of the Southern States Potts have combined Kentucky Bourbon with the now renowned Tex-Mex smoked chipotle chilli for this rich marinade.
This marinade is perfect for beef steaks barbecued to your taste and served with coleslaw and potato salad or maybe slow-cooked and shredded pork or chicken served with spicey salsa in soft tacos.
