Inspired by the plethora of spicy gems grown locally at the Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm we blended Habanero chillies with punchy turmeric to make a biltong with a dry, punchy and totally addictive heat wave!

220g of beef to produce 100g of biltong, red wine vinegar, salt, turmeric (0.6%), chilli powder (0.4%), garlic, coriander, black pepper, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), sodium ascorbate, glucose, preservative: potassium sorbate.
