Outdoor bred pork brings a juicy succulence to our Dry Cure Smoked Back Bacon that is full of flavour thanks to traditional curing and smoking techniques. Rashers of Back Bacon slowly smoked overnight using a mix of woods including Apple and Beech to give a light smoky flavour.
Add it to your morning fry-up or serve in a floury crusty roll with lashings of butter and your favourite sauce.
