Our Guinea Fowl Supremes are leaner and a great alternative to chicken, having about half the fat, and offer superb and distinct flavour.
These breast fillets are supremes – the technical term for a breast which includes the wing bone. We leave the wing bone on to maximise the flavour and amount of meat that you get.
When your recipe calls for a healthy game supper, simply roast or grill with a little olive oil and serve with crisp fresh vegetables.

One guinea fowl supreme per pack
Guinea fowl are medium-sized birds, originally from Guinea on the West African coast. They have a slightly dry flesh and a subtle game flavour that is similar to that of chicken and partridge.
Guinea can be cooked just like chicken, although it has a thinner, leaner skin. A rubdown with butter, duck fat, or a few strips of bacon will add flavour and keep the bird moist. Try adding shallots, citrus, garlic, and/or herbs to the cavity before roasting.
