It’s when things go slightly wrong that you can truly judge a company. Everyone can... have a hiccup with their order and that’s what happened with my Christmas order. I got the wrong sized turkey. It was a bit too small that’s all and not what I ordered. It wasn’t disastrous but I messaged these guys just to let them know it wasn’t right. This, by the way, was late Christmas Eve so wasn’t really expecting quick resolution. I thought we would sort something out After Christmas.But no... they went out of their way to sort it out. Kyle eventually got to my door at 10pm Christmas Eve to make sure that my order was right. He wanted to make sure everything was right for our Christmas dinner. It really was above and beyond. Oh...and the turkey? It was absolutely fabulous but that goes without saying as all the meat from here is top quality .If you haven’t yet, try these guys. It’s fabulous produce with even better customer service. Wholly recommended.read more
