This is the kind of smoked turkey you want to be served in thick, glistening slabs that are shiny with juice and fork-tender, with a deep smoke flavour.
Making our Turkey Pastrami is a slow process – the breast is soaked in brine for two weeks and then gently smoked for twenty hours to produce a deep mouth-watering spiced fine flavoured delicatessen.
This product is frozen and will defrost during transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before heating. We strongly recommend using within 48 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.
Prepared by hand and expertly cured our Soaked and Smoked Turkey Pastrami is ready to enjoy, perfect for an array of sandwiches or a quick snack and can be eaten hot or cold. Simply simmer to heat. Warming instructions are included.
