A traditional gammon cut sourced from Cumbrian-raised Rare Breed pigs and naturally smoked for a minimum of 18 days for extraordinary flavour. We’ve taken all the bones out and rolled it all up for you so even the most unskilled of carvers can slice this one up for the family!

The bone is removed for your convenience for easy carving. This special joint has been cured and smoked using pork gigots and all you need to do is boil it and roast it the way you like it.
