A boneless turkey breast joint that is packed with fruity orange and chestnut stuffing and wrapped in dry-cured bacon to make it even more succulent.

Boned and rolled turkey breast, expertly filleted removing all bones. The Breast joint is rolled with the skin removed, stuffed and then wrapped in thinly sliced dry-cured bacon then tied ready for roasting and easy carving.
