Minted Lamb Shank
Cut from the lower part of the leg with the bone left in, our fresh mint lamb shanks are meaty, lean and full of flavour.
Each shank is soaked and marinated in a fresh mint glaze to perfectly compliment the rich taste of our lamb.
Slow cook for several hours with red wine, stock, and vegetables until the meat falls off the bone for a truly satisfying wintertime meal.

Lamb Shanks are a full flavour tasty meat, perfect for slow cooking and braising. Cook with caramelised root vegetables and serve with buttery mash for a lovely rich classic dish.
Our lamb hangs for 1 week to achieve the optimum flavour and tender meat. The subtle flavour, taste and texture of our lamb meat derive but diet of the lambs that graze upon one of the South Coast’s countryside’s unspoilt gems.
