A simple air-dried ham – using the eye of the pork loin, flavoured with garlic and Hungarian paprika.
Lomo is one of the finest cured meats. An entire pork loin beautifully air-dried for up to three months and when ready cut into delectable slices.
Each loin is seasoned with smoky Hungarian paprika and fresh garlic. The result is a lean, flavourful cured meat perfect for sandwiches or your charcuterie board.
