Cut from the leg, our beautiful lean lamb leg steaks are tender and provide excellent flavour and nutritional value.
Lamb’s leg steaks taste great pan-fried or grilled and best served with a bit of pinkness in the centre. Equally, this cut cooks well in braises (low and slow) where after 2-3 hours the meat becomes exceptionally tender.

Our naturally grown, grass-fed lamb is hung on the bone for up to 7 days to provide lean meat with a deep, rich flavour. Grass-fed lamb has a better ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6, is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E and contains higher mineral and vitamin levels.
