Our handmade sausages swirls are made from prime cuts of Rare Breed pork, fresh herbs and seasonings in a natural casing. Meatier and more satisfying than most bangers out there.

Our meat is always packed with flavour, freshly prepared by our Craft Butchers. These sausage swirls are perfect for cooked breakfasts, mixed grills, toad in the hole, bangers and mash and of course the Summer BBQ.

Description

A classic tradition in British sausage making, made by hand into swirls of rich sausage using prime Rare Breed pork and a blend of black and white pepper and fresh herbs. This gives the characteristic chunky texture that makes this sausage such a firm customer favourite.

Nutritional Information

Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
