A traditional British favourite well suited to roasting, Lamb Saddle is sweet and tender lamb meat taken from both sides of the loin.
The equivalent of beef sirloin, our heritage breed lamb loin is an exquisitely succulent boneless cut taken from the spine of the lamb, before being expertly trimmed and rolled by hand.

This is a sensational lamb cut, with the sweet taste coming from the quality of the wildflower pastures where flocks mature on diets including clovers, herbs, and plants.
