Limited edition Indian inspired seasoning, perfect for tandoori chicken, flame grilled lamb, pork and fish.
This punchy little number is great for adding serious flavour and colour to your Barbecue meats. Leave to marinate for an hour or two, or for best results leave overnight in the fridge. Think crispy lamb chops, chicken skewers, thighs, rotisserie or a bashed out chicken breast pan-fried in a little oil.
