Sublime Butter – Truffle, Parmesan & Black Pepper
This truffle and parmesan butter is more than just a finishing butter and awesome when melted on top of one of our grass-fed beef steaks.
This butter has been lightly salted, married with truffle oil, parmesan, lemon juice & black pepper. Use to finish any steak or roast or melt into hot al dente Pasta, add to a bowl full of steamed vegetables or use to soften silken and flavour mashed potato.

Butter has been smeared when it ought to be spread. That delicious golden manna has come in for a good deal of flack over the last few years, but the nutritionists have now repented – butter is officially healthy. Healthier by far than the upstart margarine, which is French for ‘pot of plastic’. And a lot more flavoursome too. Especially when made by Sublime.
Whether it’s using Sublime’s chimichurri butter on some grilled prawns, a beef steak or adding the truffle and parmesan to some mash, we can’t get enough of it.
