Sublime Butter – Béarnaise
Sublime’s bearnaise sauce compliments our grass-fed steaks perfectly. Place a knob on top of one of our steaks or baste the meat in the pan with fresh sprigs of thyme and rosemary as you cook.
The flavours of this Béarnaise butter also work brilliantly with our free-range chicken or pork, as well as with poached or scrambled eggs.

Butter has been smeared when it ought to be spread. That delicious golden manna has come in for a good deal of flack over the last few years, but the nutritionists have now repented – butter is officially healthy. Healthier by far than the upstart margarine, which is French for ‘pot of plastic’. And a lot more flavoursome too. Especially when made by Sublime.
Whether it’s using Sublime’s chimichurri butter on some grilled prawns, a beef steak or adding the truffle and parmesan to some mash, we can’t get enough of it.
