A simple Salami with salt, black pepper, and a little garlic, giving a great balanced flavour letting the quality of the pork shine.
A lot of time and effort goes into making this premium cured product. The best fat from the back of the pig is hand diced along with a high percentage of lean leg before being mixed with minced shoulder. Fresh garlic and coarse black pepper add to the incredible flavour and every slice has a soft bite.
