Cut from the loin end as opposed to the shoulder end, make these Pork Chops perfect for grilling up a great family meal any day of the week. They can also be a great alternative to a BBQ, just be careful not to burn them if the coals are too hot.

Reared from Lancashire native breeds, our pork has distinctive qualities; it is flavoursome and succulent.

Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
