Beef & Gouda Cheesefurter
Frankfurters made from Heritage-breed organic beef, finely chopped, blended with a generous helping of organic Gouda cheese, and then smoked gently over beech and apple woods. Meltingly delicious.
Even better to know – these sausages are totally free from artificial additives, emulsifiers, preservatives, or fillers, this is a sausage without any nasties.

How to prepare – Put about half a centimetre of water and a knob of butter into a frying pan and place on medium heat. Add the Cheesefurter to the pan and cook gently for about six minutes, turning occasionally, to allow the meat to heat through and the Gouda cheese to melt. The water will reduce to almost nothing while the butter will brown your Cheesefurter. Turn it frequently to prevent it from sticking or burning.
Alternatively, cover your Cheesefurter with a paper towel and heat on medium in a microwave, allowing 40 to 50 seconds for each sausage. Or prick the packet, place it in the microwave and heat for between 3 to 3.5 minutes.
