Prepared by hand and expertly cured our New York Deli Style Smoked Pastrami is ready to enjoy, perfect for a Reuben sandwich and can be eaten hot or cold. Once the beef has been brined in a mixture of salt, sugar, and spices for around two weeks, it is then gently soaked and smoked until it’s incredibly tender. Any fat marbling will have melted away and the meat is left flaky soft and has the best flavour. Our recipe is as simple and natural as possible letting the flavour of our beef shine through.
Simply simmer to heat. Warming instructions are included.
