Each shank is soaked and marinated in a fresh mint glaze to perfectly compliment the rich taste of our Lune Valley lamb.

Slow cook for several hours with red wine, stock and vegetables until the meat falls off the bone for a truly satisfying wintertime meal.

Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.

    7 hours in slow cooker with stock and red wine followed by 30 mins in oven 160 – perfect shanks meat dropped of the bone and the taste was amazing
