Cut from the lower part of the leg with the bone left in, our fresh lamb shanks are lean and full of flavour.
Each shank is soaked and marinated in a fresh mint glaze to perfectly compliment the rich taste of our lamb.
Slow cook for several hours with red wine, stock, and vegetables until the meat falls off the bone for a truly satisfying wintertime meal.
