Minced Lamb taken from the leg and shoulder making it a healthier lean alternative to fatty lamb mince. With a proper depth of flavour, our quality and tender Lune Valley lamb is farmed on natural hillside pastures and you can taste the natural sweetness when cooked.
Perfect for meatballs, bolognese or burgers our Lamb Mince is a very coarse grind of 6mm which means more flavour and less cooking loss.
Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months.
Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
