Our grass-fed lamb liver is richly coloured, soft-textured and distinctive in flavour and melting texture. Lamb’s liver is traditionally one of the best-loved cuts from the lamb carcass.

As well as tasting amazing, liver cooks in a flash. Fry with onions and bacon, or perhaps try a stroganoff with liver and mushrooms. High in vitamin A and iron, our nutritious and tasty liver is delicious and nutritious.

Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
