A large 14kg lamb selection and the perfect way for lamb lovers to stock the fridge and freezer, without missing out on any favourite cuts.
Typically, half a lamb will include whole and halved legs and shoulder, a selection of loin and cutlet chops, ribs, breasts, neck chops, mince, liver and kidney. If you have any specific cutting requirements please leave us a message in the order notes on the checkout page.
Grass-fed lambs are larger than factory-farmed animals and have a better ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 and is full of antioxidant vitamins and minerals. We hang our meat on the bone for a minimum of 10 days to make it extra tender.

Lamb’s leg is wonderful cooked on the bone as a dinner roast, simply studded with rosemary and garlic. The shoulder lends itself better to slow cooking in red wine for a good 4-5 hours, ideal for those days when you want something ready in the evening without too much fuss. Our lamb chops sweet and needs just a few minutes in the oven, grill or BBQ. Minced lamb, which is twice minced, makes lovely flavoursome, dishes.
