Our Fillet Tails are lean and tender which makes it ideal for sautéeing and flash-frying. It is perfect in a hearty beef Stroganoff or sliced thinly, flash-fried and added to a Thai salad dish.

Fillet Tails are referred to as ‘tails’ because they are the tail-end pieces from the beef fillet where the cut goes thinner.
This cut is just as tender as fillet steak but less expensive. Thanks to the flavour from a grass-fed diet, this cut is melt in the mouth tender beef.
