A traditional Lancashire recipe beef pudding, made using only the finest quality beef. To this day each pudding is still produced by hand and wrapped in a mouth-watering suet pastry.

Rag pudding or rag pie is low in calories and fat, an English delicacy made by cooking a combination of ground meat and onions in a suet pastry. The whole concoction is cooked in cotton or muslin rags, hence the name.

Remove outer wrapper, place on a microwavable dish, and cook for 2 minutes on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving or place in a pan of boiling water and boil in bag for 15-20 minutes.

Microwave settings vary. Please ensure the food is thoroughly cooked and piping hot.

Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
