Crafted Meats is proud to stock British Charcuterie from Cobble Lane Cured who cut, cure, smoke, and hang meats supplied by a small selection of high-quality farmers that rear traditional British breeds, lamb and goats, Yorkshire Mangalitza, and British wagyu. The founders have many years of experience in the butchery trade and have worked under some of Europe’s greatest Charcutiers. One of our favourite evenings involves enjoying charcuterie and a couple of bottles of really good wine. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
