Our Beef Sirloin is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days to relax the meat to tenderness and concentrate the luscious beef flavour.

All our beef carries some wonderful creamy fat and a high level of marbling, with a lasting, red wine-like flavour.

Description

Serve with a glass of good red wine, goose fat roast potatoes and make a proper gravy from the pan juices. Sirloin is just as tender as fillet but less expensive and has more depth of flavour. The meat is lightly marbled and we leave a thin strip of fat on top to prevent the meat from drying out during roasting.

With slightly less fat content than rib-eye, our sirloin is the perfect joint for roasting and serving rare to medium-rare. Carefully rolled and tied by our Craft Butcher to help the joint maintain its shape, making it easier to carve and producing some wonderful round slices of delicious roast beef.

Storage Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
