Curryfurters prepared traditionally and smoked gently over beech and applewood to cook them and to give a sophisticated, well-rounded flavour.

Put about half a centimetre of water and a knob of butter into a frying pan and place on medium heat. Add the Saveloy to the pan and cook gently for about eight minutes until heated through, turning occasionally, to allow the meat to heat through. The water will reduce to almost nothing while the butter will brown your Saveloy. Turn it frequently to prevent it from sticking or burning.
Can also be grilled or heated through on the BBQ.
