Chateaubriand is the perfect beef roast for fillet steak lovers. It’s a roast-size fillet mignon cut from the head of the tenderloin. This rich roast is so flavourful, incredibly tender and ours are aged for a minimum of 32 days to naturally maximise tenderness. It has a delicately mild beef flavour for a sophisticated roast.
