Method
- 1.Add shredded chicken to a large bowl, red grapes, pecans, and green onions.
- 2.In a small bowl add yogurt, mayo, mustard, sage, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
- 3.Add the liquid mixture to the chicken dish. Stir everything together until it is completely combined.
- 4.Serve on a slice of bread or in a cup of romaine lettuce.

- 454g (2 fillets) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 160g halved red grapes
- 50g chopped pecans
- 50g diced green onions
- 60ml plain greek yogurt
- 80ml mayonnaise
- 40ml dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
