Wondering what to do with any leftover lamb? This recipe might not be the traditional way to have shawarma, but the flavour of the lamb with the tzatziki, along with the garlic lemon tahini sauce is delicious!

Method
1.Make the tahini sauce by whisking all of the ingredients together, then slowly whisk in the hot water. Set aside.
2.Heat a pan to medium high. Add the lamb pieces and onions, and heat till lamb is warm. Warm the pita in the oven or on top of another pan.
3.Add the lamb and onions to the pita, then top with feta, tzatzkim and tahini sauce. That’s it. Enjoy!
